All sales are final
Once you pay for a product via Discord (or any method we accept), the sale is complete. We do not refund money for any reason.
Legal
Refund Policy
Last updated July 20, 2026. All sales are final—no refunds of any kind.
Digital delivery
Products are open-source digital goods. After we deliver the files or repo access, there is no return path and no refund window.
What this means
- No refunds for change of mind.
- No refunds if the product does not fit your use case.
- No refunds for setup mistakes, edits, or unsupported environments.
- No partial refunds or cash exchanges.
- No refunds on free products (nothing was charged).
Before you buy
Read the product page carefully and ask questions in Discord before paying. Buying means you accept this no-refund policy.
Chargebacks
Opening a payment dispute after a valid delivery may result in a permanent ban from our Discord and loss of product access.
Support is not a refund
We may help with install questions on Discord, but support does not create any right to a refund. Contact: Discord or support@novastore.gg.
